4Reasons Hotel Ceremony Package £4,450

The current cost for the Beach wedding package is £4,450 for all organisation, legalities and costs payable in Turkey, and this includes the Bride, Groom and all guests. For this one off fee you can sit back, relax and know that your special day is completely taken care of by us.

The wedding package includes:
  • Decorated ceremony location in your colour choice
  • British wedding planner and coordinator
  • Advice and instructions on paperwork required in the UK in order to complete legalities. UK passport holders only
  • Return transfers to Bodrum with driver/translator to complete legalities
  • All costs incurred for Registrar (attendance and marriage certificates).
  • Transfer to clinic and fees for medical certificate Translator – to translate the ceremony from Turkish to English.
  • Professional photographer/videographer – including photos presented in album filled with A4 sized photos, plus flash drive of wedding video and all photos taken.
  • Decorated car with driver from your accommodation to venue on wedding day
  • Professional DJ
  • Flowers – Bride Bouquet and Groom Buttonhole
  • Table decorations for your reception.
  • Transfers to and from the venue for all guests.
  • Pre wedding planning meeting
  • Planning your wedding in the venue of your choice to discuss menu, seating arrangements, décor for the day, entertainment etc.

Reception Package (Optional extra)
Reception Package depends on the number of your quests, and month of the year. Some hotels do not arrange weddings in July and August. The wedding menus and prices will depend on the final choice of the bride and groom. However, if you are able to provide us with approximate dates, numbers of guests, and preferred choice of menü, we can contact the venue and obtain an approximate costing for your reception.
Any members of the wedding party who choose to stay at the hotel where the ceremony takes place, will be offered a discount of between 10-20% off their hotel bill.
